The Nashville Zen Center humbly announces the 2012 Spring Zazenkai (Retreat), with the Rev. Taiun Elliston Roshi 

When:  Thursday, April 5 (4:00 p.m.) through lunch on Sunday April 8. 

Where:  Penuel Ridge Retreat Center- a beautiful park-like wooded venue, with accomodations for sitting, eating, and sleeping (what else is there?), located about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville.  

What:  Siting, eating, sleeping….walking in the woods….Dharma talks. There will be a Precepts and Discipleship service on Saturday afternoon.  

Cost:  $50 per day including meals and overnight accommodations ($150 for the entire retreat); $40 per day without overnight.

This cost does not include dana (donation) for the visiting teacher. Dana for the teacher is up to each individual, but suggested amount is between $20 and $50. Some scholarships are available for retreat fees. Please let us know when you register if you need a scholarship.
